Getting Started

Get your first Monte Carlo risk analysis in under 30 minutes.

1. Download a Template

Go to Templates and download the Excel template for your analysis type.

2. Fill In Your Data

Enter your cost items or schedule tasks with optimistic, most likely, and pessimistic estimates. Add risk events if applicable.

3. Upload and Run

Log in, select your tool, upload your Excel file, and click Run. The simulation completes in seconds.

4. Download Your Report

Get an Excel file with P-values and charts, plus an HTML report ready for presentations.
